Rexus Foundation is an outcome of the Survey, which has been conducted by a group of professionals in the fields of Accounts, IT and Pharma on SSC, Inter, Diploma, ITI, Degree and PG graduates and also on those who are working in these fields of various organizations.
During the course of survey when we approach the people and ask them to focus on the reasons, why they were not getting the proper openings even when they have strong academics with them, the answer was only one in different statements that they were not having practical exposure, because of which they were getting a lower positions in the organizations.
